and I work out of The Therapy Space in Arundel and I am passionate about the work I do and enjoy learning about people. I find it inspiring to see how people can change and grow and I believe we all have that power within us. We all face difficulties in life and I believe working together we can find the answers that work best for you.
How Can I Help You...
What’s your story? Counselling can seem confusing and at times intimidating, the work we do is a partnership of shared growth and discovery. My own journey through past difficulties inspired my decision to become a counsellor and help others find ways to overcome the issues they face.
As a client I would often put the counsellor on a pedestal believing them to be able to “fix” me. This is your journey and together we will find the answers that work for you. As a counsellor I have undergone personal therapy and still do to this day as personal growth and discovery is an ongoing process, a place to explore your concerns and problems but also a safe and confidential space to share and even celebrate successes you have achieved.
I am an Integrative Counsellor and a member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists. As well as working for The Therapy Space I also work for Petersfield Counselling service, which offers long term counselling for anyone over the age of eighteen and ANA treatment centre in Portsmouth which helps people overcome addictions, working one to one or in group settings.
I offer a warm, safe and confidential environment for you to explore your feelings.
What is Integrative counselling? Integrative counselling takes skills and teachings from multiple counselling and psychological theories and uses them best help each clients individual needs.
I have worked with a range of issues, including, anxiety, low mood, depression, self-harm, shame, bereavement, relationship difficulties, anger and abuse, this however is not comprehensive.
I look forward to meeting you.
