Hi....I'm Helein

and I work out of The Therapy Space in Arundel as a Psychotherapist. There are times when the challenges of life can make us feel overwhelmed and isolated. It may be difficult to talk about how you feel to those closest to you. I am here if If you want to talk to someone who can offer an impartial ear, give you space and support to work through things I am here for you.

My name is Helein, I am a UKCP-registered psychotherapist. My specialisms include working with addiction, in particular substance misuse, support with adoption issues whether that be as an adoptee or an adopter, support for late diagnosis of ADHD, addressing unhealthy relationship patterns, and helping individuals through experiences of loss, whether that be a loved one or a job.
